Well after bulking for a few months, I've started doing cardio again to cut down my BF %. Atm 175lbs 6'0 and 15-18% BF. Anyway the problem I've been having the last few days is that when I do HIIT on the treadmill after about 10minutes I start feeling pretty sick. My legs and all that is fine, I could keep running, but I feel like throwing up and have to stop. My heart rate is usually in the 180's - 190's while doing the cardio.
Anyway what I'm wondering is if you have any tips on how to prevent this, as it's making my workouts ****, I'm only able to do 10mins HIIT (not including 5min warmup), when I feel I could do 30. I've come very close to throwing up a few times, and don't really want it to happen at the gym cause it'd be pretty embarrassing and not sure what I'd do then lol.
Oh yeah I do my cardio at around 5-6pm if that makes a difference, and I drink maybe 750ml of water in those 10mins, if that could be what's causing it. Should I try doing my cardio in the morning before eating anything, or maybe drink less water (althoug this might not be so easy I like to drink lots of water). Anyway thanks for any help you can offer.
CLIFFS
Only able to do 10mins HIIT cardio despite wanting / being able to do 20-30, because I get sick and close to throwing up. Wondering what to do about it.

Try drinking just enough water to avoid your mouth going too dry while you're working out, just sip a little here and there. Otherwise, I'm sure you can manage 10 minutes without a whole lot of water.
Plus, since HIIT sessions are supposed to only be 20-30 minutes including warm ups and cool downs, you're probably right where you're supposed to be, at your capacity/conditioning limit right now.

Yeah it's a small gym, and I don't think the people at the reception desk would be too pleased if I threw up all over the place lol. WTF would I do after throwing up, they'd probably make me stay there and clean that **** up for hours.
Anyway, I tried drinking no water during my workout and it works great now. I just do my 30mins HIIT then skull down water afterwards. Thanks brahs.
