How many servings of whey can be consumed at once?

The serving size is listed on Optimum Whey Protein as 1 scoop (24ish grams of protein).

I've seen people down 3 scoops at once. Is this good for the stomach/liver/kidney/whatever body parts?

I want to do 2 scoops w/ water midday and 2-3 scoops night.

    Thanks

I think if you need more than two or three scoops total a day you aren't eating enough whole food. Eat an extra can of tuna and half pound of chicken breast a day, that will give you an extra 60 grams right there. Supplements are supposed to supplement diet and training.
I am inspired by Zyzz. Did I deletes?

What do you think whey is? It's food.
