Same here came in second last year. Although mainly it was my fault. I thought the championship was only one week but was two. So I said congrats and stopped logging in after the first week. I barely lost after the two weeks and I didn't even manage my team the second week.

For those who didn't play last season with the amount of interest generated we ended up making 2 leagues (League A & B). I believe 12 teams each league (may have been 10).

A lot of people quit mid-way through though. Hopefully that DOESN'T happen again this season.

Last year I played in a very active 20 team league that was a blast. 10-12 leagues arent very deep, should definitely be more than that in my opinion.

Also, did yall just do the standard 5x5, or did yall use OPS,Holds? as well?

Would love to do holds so I can pick up my boy Neftali Feliz.

Was the league roto or H2H?

If H2H, those people should never be allowed back in, you can always come back in H2H and make a run for the playoffs.

I commissioned the "A" league and we added OPS and Holds as stats. I thought Holds were a great way to make middle relievers actually important to the game, but some didn't care for it. I think the "B" league used OPS and K/9 (which I thought was a little redundant since you already had Strikeouts anyway). It was H2H and there were probably 3-4 teams that just gave up and didn't care halfway through the season.

Just a lot of teams to keep up with and the talent is spread really thin. Not saying it couldn't be fun but I don't think I'm really interested.
