Got to the gym at 1, found out it closed at 1:30.
SSB squats to a box against double minis:
(The bar is really heavy, but I have no idea how much it is, so I'm going to pretend it's 45 to make things easier)

I believe most SSB are around 85lbs. Speedy though it is, that looks like a very nice little squat session.
I didn't know anything closed at 1:30 on Saturdays. Sundays? Oh goodness yes. Everything closes like an hour after it opens, if it even opens at all.
Shouldn't things be open later? It's my day off, I want to lift (and buy things) on my own time.

We had one at Wild Iron that was like 60 and one that was like 80...I'm guessing this one in the 80+ range, but who knows. The scale is in the women's locker room, and I just don't care THAT much...
Yeah, the gym here is a little family-owned place, it's open 8-1:30 on Saturdays, 1-6 on Sundays. I guess the hours are better than Wild Iron, but it's still going to take a little getting used to!

Went out to explore the trail by house.
Walked to the end of the street, ran to the trail, ran a while, turned around, ran a while, walked a while, got home.

Awesome squatting! Good luck with the water loading. I followed your tips and it worked like a charm. My scale was off, so I ended up having to drop more weight than I expected and I still pulled it off with no sauna/cardio.
But I imagine you are feeling pretty fuzzy right now. I got really lightheaded when I went over 3 gallons.637/390tng/615 - belt/wraps, best gym lifts.
600/370/600 - best competition lifts.
575/330/560 - best competition lifts at 181 raw.
