in losing weights, replacing 2 of the meals to protein shakes, is it recommended??
i have 39% body fat. i m 160 cm n 86 kg. i ve been doing weights 5 times a week and 3 times of cardio in a week.. weight training session is an hour n cardio session is 45 min....
do i need to do more cardio than weight training?
any recomended min time for each cardio session? like say at least 45 min or an hour?
i m targeting to get six pack by dec... so there is around 11 months...
advice please..
