    I actually took a cheat day (normally not necessary, but the engine dropping in my car for the second time stressed me out something fierce - even took an unpaid day off work!) and predictably, I bumped back up about 1.5lbs, but I'm dropping again now and it's getting me past my plateau at ~190.

    I wish this was the case. The lower I get in body fat the tougher cutting becomes. Many guys who are in competition form tell a similar story.
