    Question Body Fat % guesstimate please

    Hi Guys/Gals,

    I've attached a couple pics of my current 'physique'. I would appreciate it if some of you can give some input as to what you think my BF% is looking like.

    -20% is way too high... thats chubby/quite over-weight....

    id say 15% is the number

    I did lose a lot of weight the wrong way by only doing cardio for around ~8 months. I believe I am still kind of skinny-fat.

    I was thinking around the 20% mark myself. But thanks to all for the consensus. +rep was given to all.

    No problem man, keep cutting though. But adjust your diet and workouts to be able to preserve the muscle you have. Then go to a clean bulk.

    That's the plan. I'm on week 2 of my cutting diet. Going for at least 12 weeks.
