Subbed! Progress pics look great, you've got a nice V taper and chest striations coming along. Nice back ink BTW. What's it say?

Thanks bro! I have one in my Progress pics. My back isn't so defined, it still got a thick layer of fat that needs to be burned.
Very much appreciated! This is what I need, some pointers, constructive critism and advice. I've never done this before so all is trial and error from what I read and what feels right according to my body. I am trying my very best to be discipline in my diet and I'm quite happy with the weekly results. Posing can be difficult if you don't have a mirror up front but I will practice. And lastly, I'm increasing my cardio from now on till D-day. Gonna kill it for the next week and a half! Good Luck to you as well and Thanks!

Definitely gonna do my best. This last week is going to be tough due to a much strict diet when trying to deplete glycogen, maintaining very low carb intake, expelling water, drinking gallons of water, more cardio, posing practices, and controlling cravings. Like I said before, I've never done anything like this to prepare for and gonna I'm gonna just do it.
3/6/10 Definitely a rest day off the gym. It was my wife's birthday and I spent the whole day letting her have a great day. We had a family lunch outing, went to an Asian Festival, and walked around the Outlet Mall. I was good at not cheating on my diet because there were desserts, pastries, and sweets all around me. We even went into a new Candy shop. I gave all my shares of the sweets to my son instead. haha.
Today 3/7/10 I might do some cardio today.eat.train.sleep.eat.train.sleep.eat.train.sleep.

I felt great today since its my day off from work and the workout went well. I've been watching my carb intake and it gets harder pushing out high reps/sets with low carbs in your body. The No-Betas and GlutaCene helped me get thru my workout. So far its going to be a tough week pushing weights with most carbs being burn from Work and the rest for my gym time..eat.train.sleep.eat.train.sleep.eat.train.sleep.

Thoughts:
These glycogen depletion workouts get tough when I reach the last set. I'm still poppin 6 No-Betas pre-workout and still continue receiving nice pumps. Either my glycogen is very low or none, I was told that I shouldn't be getting any pumps because there's really nothing there to pump up. Although, in my recent workout, I have received pumps but they did not last very long. I have talked about this with Paul and he was very intrigued about the outcome that No-Betas are still giving pumps on emptied glycogen muscles. He was wondering how was that possible. I am at the end of my cycle but I will be trying to attempt to this again so I can see if it were to happen again.

Well, I'm all done. Today is d-day... It was NOT a great day for me. I just lost my father this morning. He battled cancer for 5 years and passed in his sleep peacefully. It was hard for me to focus. Pics should/will be up tomorrow or wednesday with the review until I get myself together and gather up my thoughts.

Hey bro soooo sorry to hear about your loss... even if it was something you knew would happen, that is never easy...
I am sure he is in a much better place free from the pain i can only imagine he had from the cancer. thankfully it was peacefully and in his sleep.
Take your time... we'll be here. The only place "success" comes before "work" is in the dictionary!

Finale 10 Week Pics!
Please bear with the different lighting. I was prepared for the photoshoot but learned some bad news(father passed) that same morning of the shoot. Out of all pics, these were the best chosen under the circumstances of my situation. It was hard for me to focus and wanted it done and over pretty quick.

I'm a bit late on this one but when I read you did frog squats I had to pipe in. I took 5 NO-Beta's and 1 scoop of CreaDyl preworkout. I wanted to pre-exhaust my thighs before hitting the leg press so i supersetted leg extensions nad frog squats sets of 25. By my 4th set my quads were so pumped I couldn't walk. It took me more than 10 minutes to actually walk out of the gym. Frog Squats are the ****!

Frog squats are the shiz! I just done them yesterday! Now I incorporated the frog squats in my leg workouts. I should try pre-exhausting them before the leg press and see how that burns. If I do that, I'm pretty sure my legs will be like jello. Also, gonna up the reps as well.
