Once in a while I make this up and keep it in the fridge for mornings Im running out the door and still want to get my oatmeal in me.
First I cook up some steal cut oats with slightly less water than normal. Then I let it cool to room temp. Stir in desired protein powder. Pour into a small baking pan(like a banana bread pan) Throw in the fridge. When it sets up it will be semi solid and you can cut it into slices like bread. top with splenda or SF syrup. This make keeps me from skipping breakfast sometimes due to the fact im running late. ANyways, I hope you like this recipe!

yeah its a bit gelatinous but you can cut it like a "meat loaf" and put it on a napkin and head out with it.

You can also pour the necessary quantity of milk over the oats and leave them in the fridge overnight. Then take them out, pop them in the microwave, and go brush your teeth while they're cooking. Tastes almost the same as if you had made them on the spot.
