Yes
"Clit stimulation if your fingers are dry is not a good idea. The clit is more sensitive than the underside of a guy's penis, apparently.
Good rule of thumb: make sure you're fingers aren't dry before they go anywhere NEAR her clit/pussy.
Also, besides myself, maybe 2-3 of you have actually done anything like this before..."

Perfectly said
OP would you rather be uncomfortable? Or sacrafice stability of your spinal column?
USE the valsalva maneuver for every power lift, and every intense lift where you are bringing about a big spinal load.
Deads, squats, bench, OVH press, ect. And all their veriants771/645/622 Single Ply

I have no idea what a valsalva maneuver is but it sounds like its gay-talk for holding your breath, in which case I do that.

most people when they breathe in through their nose tend to breathe with their bellies. whereas when they breathe through their mouths they'll hold the air higher up in their chest and mouth.
to maintain tightness and effectiveness of holding your breath you need to take a deep breath and hold the air down in your belly.*Mods/CS will not, nor can they change your username, so don't ask*
