    Squat (preferrably deep)
    Sprint (HIIT)
Deadlift (make sure your back is straight)
Maybe add some leg press after squats every now and then

I meant stiff legged, but you can do single legs instead of normal deads, you just don't use lots of weight. I would stick the normal dead though. SLDLs hit your hams primarily, google it and you'll see how it's done

    IMO:
Straight legged deadlifts are a bad idea (as numerous people have told me).

I agree with the squats and deadlifts though!

x2. If you keep correct form what is the problem in comparison to deadlifting? So what would you propose as a main hamstring exercise..?

I really dont think you should be combining jack3d and noxplode.. It even advises you not to on the warning label on jack3d.

I've just been told that it's a very unnatural movement to do and can end up shortening your hamstrings.
I read some reasonably reputable person saying that but in trying to fing out who (using google) I've found plenty of people saying that they're completely fine to do so I'm probably just wrong :P

With regards to the "main" hamstring exercise, I would just have said deadlifts?

But yeah as I said, SLDLs are probably fine since most other people are saying that!

It would have to be nearly impossible that an exercise that stretches your hamstrings could possibly shorten them. SLDL's would make them longer if anything at all.
