After 3 years of hating my kitchen, we are finally remodeling. Thought I'd share some in progress pics.

So go ahead and eat this week, little lady. Fatten up for the pics like I'm doing, and then it's on.
Simpy vs Erinlee01.
This should be fun.I'm excited about having so many online friends in the contest. I think it will keep me more motivated.

Since the news has been somewhat broken here (I totally forgot about even posting this here), I decided to do the OBF challenge. I've put on more fat than I care to and am the type of person that needs a challenge/contest to keep me on track with my diet. It's about 16 weeks. I'd like to lose anywhere between 20 - 30 lbs, which I think is very doable if I stick to a plan.
So, while I am still out of the gym this week (I start PT tomorrow and see an ortho on Friday and will ask both of them what I can do when), I will be pigging out to make my before pictures even worse than my current reality (if I can make myself look worse, it will be a huge accomplishment). Hopefully I will be cleared to start next week (I have to imagine I will be cleared for SOMETHING, even if it's just cardio).https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=17995794

Started PT today. Turns out that the issue my chiro said I had 8 months ago still exists and isn't getting better. My whole life my back has had a tendency to shift to the left. It causes my hips to go off balance and my legs to appear to be 2 different lengths. When I was younger, it caused my knees to hurt in basketball because one foot was hitting the ground harder than the other. In lifting, it causes one side to compensate for the other.
So, basically right now, the muscles in my left leg, glute, and back are are all "on" all the time and the ones on the right are "off". The more I lift, the worse this discrepancy gets. While my chiro was keeping me in the gym with regular adjustments, he was not fixing the issue.
They manipulated my back/hips into the correct position and did heat and electrode therapy. I can feel the difference in that my weight appears to be evenly distributed. I am also sore from the manipulation.
I have 9 PT sessions scheduled over the next month. For right now, I was advised to not do any heavy lifting with my lower body. Body weight squats and machines for reps instead of weight if I have to do anything. Obviously this means P/RR/S is out for now.
I just entered the OBF challenge, so for now I will focus on my diet and upper body and hope that I get cleared to go full force soon.https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=17995794

Thanks! I'll need it!
It's a contest put on in the supplement section:
http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=127665773
It's a transformation contest, so the biggest change in appearance over 16 weeks. I'm treating it like contest prep and going to try and get as lean as possible. For the first week or so, I won't be able to work out hard, so I'll be hitting the diet. Once I am cleared for regular gym duty, I'll do what I did last year.
Timing is perfect because it ends at the end of January and we are going to Cancun over President's week. Just need to keep it off for a couple of weeks!https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=17995794
