How important is it? In consideration to my gains and energy levels, taking away from the fact that if i'm completely dehydrated i'll die lol..
'Cause atm I barely drink any water, the only water I drink is when I take Creatine, however throughout the day I drink around 1.5-2L of Whole Milk as well as around 500-1000ML of Orange Juice.. Is this enough to stay hydrated or does it have to be water?

Well milk and fruit juice will hydrate you for sure because they have water in them (don't compare that to caffeine drinks, lol.). And juice is pretty much Water + Sugar/flavor.
Nothing hydrates you better than water. Drink few glasses of water with what you already drink and you will stay 100% well hydrated.
"Is this enough to stay hydrated or does it have to be water?" Yes but alternating Water, Milk and Juice is a way better option.
I'd post a link for some info on milk but I need minimum of 2 posts.
Copy/Paste that in google if you want some info. "Milk number one for hydration"

The easiest way of knowing whether or not you are hydrated is by looking at the color of your urine. It should be clear as snow and any color simply means you need another glass of water. This philosophy is used by the military and is in my opinion, the easiest way of being able to tell whether or not you are hydrated. You also want to make sure that you don?t drown yourself by drinking more than you should be.

bring a gallon of water to school and drink it
then drink another 1/2 gallon when you get home from liftingNo citizen has a right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training...what a disgrace it is for a man to grow old without ever seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.
