i was thinking about baking them. i googled it and people said 375 degrees for about 30 minutes, but it doesn't say how many ounces that is. it could be more or less they never specified.
frying them isn't that bad right? i'm cleaning up my diet. no it's not a new year's resolution that i'm gonna quit in a week lol. i'm doing this for my sport + help me build some muscle along the way.
so frying is fine then?

Well I fry with a non stick pan, the main issue I guess is with the oil etc, but you barely need a lot. I fry because it's also really quick and I normally go home for lunch at college, probably about 15 mins for the chicken, then you can put a sauce and some pasta with that, so you get all the carbs and calories too. Also cooking it will depend on how big you have the chicken breast. 1 big breast will take longer than the same size cut up into about 10 smaller pieces - it's also easier to eat.
Edit: On the oils there a few oils that are better for you than others, someone might say it on here, but I've forgotton.

if you want it as lean as possible, boil it for like 15 minutes. if you want it good tasting cook it in some light olive oil, then throw some light provalone cheese and tomatoe sauce on (tomato sauce, garlic, italian seasoning, salt, parsley, oregino), i always do it the second way, it tastes fabulous!
