    Jays Powerlifting Journey for 2010...

My name is jamie, i am a 90kg/198lb lifter... compete in the GPBF may make the jump to 100kg/220 later in the year...

i am currently awaiting confirmation i qualified for the British Junior Championships in february this year, which i am sure i did! so that is what im currently training towards and if i didnt i qualified for the British Unequipped championships in september so i know where i stand... i have alot to do!

i comepete un-equipped/RAW, and may try my luck in the gear at some point! i just want to build a solid foundation for now and have set my sights on the GBPF under 20, RAW, 198lb squat record at 440lbs... my best current squat is 405lbs after many working sets of 5 reps so i am not too far away, and i have a year to do it soo it looks promising(providing nobody breaks it before me)
