    Advice please - Bulking diet

    been lifting pretty steadily, NEVER worried about my diet, started reading that diet is a LARGE portion of it. Lately ive quite pop, drank everytime ive had the chance, but seems im always too bloated from protein shake or shotgun or synthesize to eat big and eat frequently. any advice on what i should eat and what i should about this. i wanna maximize my gains but have a problem doing so. help please.

    This is what ive been doing.

    Wake up early in the morning 6 or 7 and either eat a serving of oatmeal with a banana and some whole wheat bagels. Either this or you can interchange with 4 to 6 Eggs and canadian bacon. Or a protein shake.

    9 oclock - Chicken breast with a serving of vegetables.

    12 oclock - Chicken salad sandwhich, Tuna, Roast Beef, Turkey Sandwhichs. With a sweet potatoe.

    3 oclock - Pre Work out - 3 pieces of White toast and Peanutbutter. Along with an apple.

    5 Oclock - 3 Pieces white bread, with jelly.
    5:15 - Protein Shake

    6:15 - Beef meal with yams, or potatoes.

    9 oclock - Something not high in fat or hard to digest.

    10 oclock - 20 OZ of water and bed.

    I pre cook all my meals and found out it works alot better. Eat what you can of this. You will become tolerant of the amount of food.

    I've been doin' the exact same thing.. Just hit the gym, and as long as I had a shake afterwards I thought i'd be fine.. But look at my stats, I need a diet.. I've been loading creatine for the last 4 days ready to hit it hard on Monday, however I am going to be doing a dirty bulk by eating take aways and chips, pizzas all sorts.. Simply because I don't have time to sit around and cook veg and chicken all day long due to studying.

    A lot of people wouldn't advise dirty bulking, but i'm going to give it a go until March, see how I get on, if it turns out bad, i'll switch over. But it's worth a try as it's the easiest way to bulk imo.

    I'd advise you to eat every 2-3 hours if you can, when you drink a shake, take it with 500ml of milk, that's an extra 300+ kcals, morning, PWO and evening that's another 1k kcals to your diet.

    Just a few suggestions..

    you just have abs and are quite lean
