"Everyone thinks they're on their way to single digit body fat as soon as they see a blurry four-pack in the right lighting.Your final body weight at 5-6% will be a lot less than what you think.Talk to me again when you get in contest shape." I'd be willing to say that 95% of people on this forum accomplish nothing in years, don't be one of those people. It's sad, they seem to have the knowledge many don't but can't utilize it.

Keep lifting heavy, eat clean and good, keep active, get some sleep.
Skin is very elastic; the common example thrown around is pregnant women, many of whom don't have any loose skin just a few months after childbirth.

Tamorlane: No one really cares except for people like you. Wow he wore a blackface, guess what back in the day many people did that. It was a different time period. Not full of PC little betas like you that cry foul over every little thing.
SillieBazzillie: Under Obama we always strove to be the best at everything. Trump really has ruined everything.

Try to get down to around 8% bodyfat. Skin tends to "tighten up" when you get to a low bodyfat. It may be that you still have fat to lose, and that it is pushing out from behind your skin. Also, you should use a facial and body moisturizer daily. This will help your skin to maintain its elasticity, and will determine how you look when you are older. IMO, surgery should be a last resort, after you are below 10% bodyfat AND you have added as much muscle as you want.

I've read time and time again that loose skin is nothing more than fat that has yet to be burned, as skin is paper thin and usually loose skin looks rather thick. I believe there are even a few people on this board who continued to cut and tightened their loose skin by doing so.
