As I am always dieting and I love this life style and I would like to take multis but I just can't swallow them for some reason its just in my head, Is there a way around this? Will Crushing/splitting or even chewing it be pointless?

throw them at the back of your mouth. get a mouth full of water. point your head upwards and swallow.

I used to have the same problem, put it in ur mouth, make sure it is fully wet from water, drink more water, and since its already wet ittl go down easier.

What about the capsules for OMEGA 3 you can't cut them and they're quite big lol

I used to have this problem too. One day I just randomly overcame it and it was easy. Just practice and experiment and you'll be able to do it.

if its just the multis you can get drink mixes that are the same as the pill forms.

If it's a hard tablet, split it in two. For Fish oil...
drink some water to moist up your throat, throw the tablet all the way in the back, put water in your mouth, face your head up and just swallow!
I used to have the same problem, don't think about it, imagine you're swallowing air, it'll go down easy.

Take the pill place it at the back of the tongue, not to far or you'll have the puking sensation and fill mouth with water then just look at your roof. You can practice by using other small chunks of food, or try smaller pills first then bigger ones.
