if u have a sams club or costco near by go there for ur protein man. i get a 5lb bag of EAS 100% Whey Isolate there for $30. each scoop is 26g with 23g's of it from protein

i use my money on creatine, because i get egg white powder free, and its better than any protein, i get 36g a scoop, and the scoops tiny.

Syntha Six is a great, i tried it for about two months my buddy hooked me up, great meal replacement for wrestling, people on the go or just protein. id go with that or ditto the huge sams club bags.
