i go 20mins after every workout then shower, i sip water the whole time. Its really good for you google the benefits.
it like makes your body more able to cope with high temperature and theres even some evidence ive read that says it increases HGH production. it also relieves your body of toxins too, try stretching in there after your workout and give yourself a little self massage it really helps IMO
