How long does it usually take to see results?

Obviously it depends on the person themselves, the intensity of the workout and how often you do it, but lets just say if someone works out an hour a day, 3x a week doing the common exercises for all body parts. Generally, how long would it take to see results? (which includes even the smallest change to your body, not just the end result).

Its really depends on your diet.

If you bulk good with newb gains you could gain 25 lbs or more in 3 months and have some very noticeable gains. But this sport definitely takes time.

science would tell you it takes at least 6 weeks for any sort of noticeable body re- composition, i would quote some science journal but i am too lazy to look it up

thats why you see any and all exercise equipment say "you could have a body like this in 6 weeks" and then show some fitness model

any changes before that, especially when your new, is simply neuromuscular adaptation

If you take pictures I'd say a month you can see any changes you made in your diet or exercise.
