Got in all my workouts over the weekend. Added in some extra work with floor presses to work on my bench sticking point. Have to legs in the next 2 days then the week will be complete.

Sadly I do have (2) grade 1 tears in my rotator cuff muscles. This would be why I have the slight pain during with reps, and pain mobility that lasts a day or two after a workout. The tears are in both of the muscles that start with "s" forget them now, the front one he was surprised with and unsure why. Anyhow a little of PT and real rest not training around them and i'll be back to 405 in no time, doc was surprised I was still able to move the weight I have been.

2 mile walk, 40 minutes on the elliptical. Shoulder press straight overhead as this is the only direction fully pain free. Lighter tri work on cables as well.

Going crazy, been 5 full days of rest with no gym work. Cardio at home each day. Tomorrow I have legs, still gonna rest the upper body other than PT for the shoulder. Stir crazy and thinking I am shrinking already

I have something similar going on. OHP is okay cant bench, incline decline, machines etc. I can do push-ups if I'm careful. Ive been working some ROM stuff, face pulls, banded pulls, etc. I'm still able to train back, legs and arms effectively though so that's my plan. Certain spots of the ROM i can barely lift the weight of my arm up past shoulder level. Guessing I have a tear, haven't had it medically checked but have had one before and it feels the same. I have no intention of surgery unless its not better in a year or more....It'll heal.
I was able to do some light reverse grip bench, but natural tendency to try to make it challenging made that hurt the shoulder too SMH

That is a bummer, I hope you heal quickly. It sounds extremely similar to my issue. I can train back and legs as well, most arms with proper selected exercises. No standing barbell curls it causes pain. I also can't think of doing upright rows, but have no issues doing shrugs even at heavy weight.

Still doing PT on shoulder, seems like about 2 months out.
I can see a noticeable difference in my chest size and tie0ins 2 months with no direct chest work.
Still doing Back, legs and a single shoulder exercise weekly.
Also added a for me ton of cardio. 45-60 mins a day.
Thinking i'll try to get under 200# for next summer. My journal, not detailed, but heck I never keep track of much anyhow. http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=121196291&p=863931421#post863931421

Nope it was my first time doing it since over coming a left shoulder injury.
I am now making my way back to 405 after a 7 month lay off of PT for the right shoulder being torn.
Quick update, Started lifting somewhat heavy again in March, In December I began dropping weight as being out of the gym I was lazy and put on more weight was back up to 248 eeeK. I don't think I will be where I want by July again, but hopefully close. I am trying to put on size again first so it has been a pretty slow going diet.
Starting back I wasn't able to handle lots of repetition, so my quickly I wont lift heavy anymore went out the window, as I could only train heavy singles, and I started off benching with a thick foam block and slowly removed it now.
I have learned a lot about my body and how it reacts to different training than the traditional once a week per body part that I had done my whole life.My journal, not detailed, but heck I never keep track of much anyhow. http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=121196291&p=863931421#post863931421

Well got in my weekend workouts, missed 405 on the flat bench. Hit a new PR on OHP 225X4, kinda shocked myself as I had never tried more than one as it was my max. I didn't know what to do as they kept going up, forgot to breath then when I remembered it threw me off on when to inhale exhale being so tight standing. lol i'll take that problem though.
Did get in cardio last three days, I will later this afternoon as well.My journal, not detailed, but heck I never keep track of much anyhow. http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=121196291&p=863931421#post863931421
