Television
-The majority of the time the Sports Anchor is not wearing pants (at least in the lower level markets) because he probably just came back from a game and didn't have time to change
-Small City reporters literally make under minimum wage. No, it's not illegal because you're salaried at 40 hours/week, but you really work 60 hours/week. People don't put in for overtime because you'll get fired for poor performance (something they can make up and blame on ratings)
-People regularly sleep with each other (anchors, reporters, photogs) and often times on the clock, in the office.

just cuz your property taxes are set at X amount of dollars doesnt mean u have to keep paying that....especially right now when property values are down nationwide. u can pay for an appraisal and if it comes in lower than your assessed value u can challenge your property taxes and most likely win. make sure to tell the appraiser the purpose of the appraisal too so he doesnt try to inflate your homes value.

Yeah, lol. I can't tell you how many times I nearly had my legs swept out from under me by some douche speeding through while I was trying to move a cart stuck on the railing or whatever(I saw some guy have his ankle broke to the point you could see bone because some ******* started driving before the race started.)
The funnest part of it all was getting there and getting to ride for like 30 minutes before customers showed up. Worst part by far was refueling the carts.*Cam Newton Crew*

- If your ever get admitted to a psych ward the staff will always tell you it will work itself out over time for you. Even though you are bound for a life in and out of the ward with psychosis and psych.-emergencies.
- There are alot more people with psychiatric problems than you think. I had patients who were the parents of someone I know with a high-end job admitted for two weeks.
- Sometimes suicide is better than living a life drugged down and never beeing able to live a normal life. (sad but true. I would rather die than be sitting in a chair drooling for the rest of my life or beeing held to the ground, restrained and drugged to calm down).

Have to pass occasional govt checks, owner risks fine/loss of licence (prob both) where I am at least. And I always ran a bar I would be happy to drink at myself.
But you CAN get free minibar/food at 5* hotels by deliberately signing restaraunt slips different to your real sig or simply denying mininar charges. 90% of time unless it is a massive charge or you are repeat offender your word gets taken.
(Check out in morning if signed with pm staff, in graveyard if with mornign staff etc)

appraisal fee is more like $350.
and it depends on how much u can get it reduced by and where u live. if u live in a major city in the US it will most likely be well worth the appraisal fee.
the county can only raise the assessed value by a small percentage each year, but they can lower it as they see fit. basically, if u get your assessed value lowered by $15k on a $200k home and they can only raise your assessed value at a rate of 2% per year, your taxes are gonna be lower for several years to come. ^ just made up numbers but u get the point.THINK FOR YOURSELF, QUESTION AUTHORITY!
