    I am 6'0 190lb 15.2inch biceps. heres my lifts

    ALL 5 REP MAX

    BENCH : 165lb
    SQUAT : 231lb
    MILITARY PRESS : 110lb

    You need to lay off of the creatine bro, 15in biceps are a bit too large for SS. Such jacked bodyparts will interfere with linear progression. Try a bit of rhabdo if you find they get in the way.

    Starting strength is definately a good starting point. I modified it slightly and have been using it to get my current lifts.
    Current Lifts:

    Deadlift - 170kg
    Squat - 130kg
    Bench - 105kg
