    what is the latest you should not eat or drink your nightly protein shake when starting to diet for a competition?

    Its never "too late" for a meal. Just make sure you hit your daily macros/cals!

    If you drink it past 7PM, all your muscle turns to fat. I hurd it frum da bros in the noootrishun sectun.



    All boils down to cals in vs. cals out, man. Doesnt matter when you take in your nutrition. Common sense says you should eat the heaviest around workout times, but there is nothing wrong with taking in food/shake before bed. In fact, eating just prior to sleeping is a good way to keep the furnace burning through the night.
