ok well i am thinking about taking supplements. i workout at my house about 2 or 3 times a week and i just want to gain musle and look ripped. any ideas of what supplement can help me? any help would be great

Your 15.
Eat a lot of food, life a lot of weights.
Stay away from the Hollywood workout.
Do lots of compound exercises.
Lots of squats and dead lifts, then make sure you bench press, as well as bent over rows. Sprinkle in military press and some pull ups and dips.
Come back in 6 months after you have done the above.

supplements at 15???
Well..first off..you're 15 years old; your muscles havent fully developed yet, so I deffinately wouldnt max out any weight that you put up and focus more on athletics...like swimming, running, more cardio. Then later down the line...start lifting and just eat more. once you're 18..then maybe think about taking some different types of supplements..just not anytime soon.
