    Assuming its a strong contact drill...considering we only have about 18 players on the team we keep contact low during the season. It's not too cool . Oh well I wreck people in games! lol

    This is a jump rope routine fomr S1XM4N
    There are 11 total jumping motions. Each motion should be performed for 60secs. After the 60Secs are up you rest for 30secs then continue to the next jumping motion. You do doubles to exhaustion. (I included the video demonstration in my "Awesome Stuff" section.)

    4.) Scissors

    Just did some handstands for no reason. It was great! Haha.

    Summary
    This was a pretty rad and fun workout today. Working in some more cardio to get myself ready for speed training later. Took Aftermax post workout.

    Just wonderin why your box is so high? I know there can be benifits from cycling box heights but 17.5 seems like your above parallel. Maybe try a 14-15 inch box.
