    Thanks! 2 years ago I could squat 400...or so I thought. I was actually doing a half squat then. I worked my way down, both in weight and in depth, and have seen great progress! Sometimes ya gotta ignore the ego!

    This is actually the first GHR of any type I've ever done (No Equipment). But excuses aside, I had to push off. I am amped to be able to do it without hands though! Give me some time

    Summary
    Great workout. Seem to hit a huge lift in band bench. 195+70=265 (at bottom) 195+100=295 (at rack/top). Forgot my After Max today...so I went to a gas station and bought a Naked Protein Drink and a hamburger. It was good. Felt great today!...only had 4 hours of sleep though...lol

    Bands cost like 20 bucks with shipping. I got the Monster Minis...from elitefts of course. Shipping cost more than the actual bands though. Worth it so far!
