    B12?

I just recently started taking vitamin B12, and the directions say 1 pill which is 1000 mcg but I have been doing some reading on B12 and people take in alot more than that a day. How much B12 should I be taking in? Thanks

B12 is water soluble, you can take one pill in the morning, and one at night if you want. Any extra that your body doesn't use will be pee'd out, causing neon yellow pee too. I like seeing the neon pee and knowing that my vitamin has been absorbed and used by my body.

B12 shouldn't alter urine color. Riboflavin will.

Ah, my bad, so its B2 not B12. Either way, they are both water soluble and over dosing on them is next to impossible or impossible, not sure.

Hoping to get a bit more pep in my step through out the day to make me feel good and alert instead of kinda sluggish due to the fact that I go to the gym at 5:00 a.m. for an hour and a half then go to work for 9-10 hours. Any other suggestion's?
