Hello B.B.COM Members,
"The fuel your body burns during physical activity largely depends on the circumstances your body is in at the time as well as what your last meal was composed of. If you eat a meal high in fat right before exercising, your body will burn more fat. If you eat a meal high in sugar, your body will use more sugar for energ".
Is this true?
Thank you and Happy Holidays!

If you eat nothing but fat, your body will burn fat for fuel. If you eat a ton of carbs, your body will use that too. Don't worry too much about all of this, just worry about burning more calories then consuming.
I only worry about it because if you aren't eating enough carbs, it is unwise to perform high intensity training because then your body will convert protein to glucose. This could mean muscle loss. So in my case I would perform low intensity training such as walking on an incline, that way my body doesnt need glucose to function, just fat.
