Have been weightlifting hard and can not break past 250. last week I was at 249.4 and yesterday was 247.4 I WAS PISSED.
I eat 1.5g of protein for my body and 22 calories per pound I weigh (I just use 250 for simple math sake)... so Yeah I eat a sh*t load 6 times throughout the day and I work out HARD (stretch marks from pumps on EVERYWHERE even on the front middle of my thighs from quads)
Im 18, 6'4'' and cannot break 250. What the heck guys? have been bulking for 5-6 months now switching up my routine ever 5 weeks about.
Should I give up on the bulk and cut?
any positive advice would be great. I beleive I am at about 11% bf

Yeah I mean I have sacrificed a LITTLE tone I just honestly was Really hoping to get to like 260 before cut. But If enough of you folks think I should just start cutting feel free to lend me some good cut routines.
I am just trying to peice things together because I am JUST starting a new routine and not too late to switch up.Gains brah, gains.

Thanks for the advice. I switch off between German Volume Training and this one High Intensity Triple Drop Set routine. Basically the complete opposite of GVT. The HIT routine (i jsut got off of) is a 6 day cycle and I work out 4 days out of that.
If your curious you can check out my sig i just happen to have a current log up. And for all you haters I mean, I primarily train for Hypertophy over hyperlasia so thats size not strength but go for calling BS if you want and look at my weights.
Further more, I will try and get another measurement sometime next week of current BF and sizes and Pics if you all really wanna get on me.
Im just look for a positive atmosphere matesGains brah, gains.

thanks positive guy.
I am seeing the majority of people just skeptical and a minority amount trying to actually help.
I dont really spend all my time on this site, and I dont have a camera or camera phone- so sorry I dont have a pic up.
But honestly, what incentive do I have to LIE about any statement or statistic? usually people that Lie are trying to defend something or prove something when I am in neither situation, I am just seeking help- and in such case of asking for help is it necessary to lie or exaggerate statistics? People on here need to not be so G.D. skeptical look up a picture of a guy that's 11% bf and think of how tall I am. Its just blatantly rude.
I had a question- and if i said 29% bf or 7% bf or 11% that does not change the question that I still need advice with. So far I have gotten "eat more" and "rest more" but pls look at Original Post. is that necessary?
any more positive answers or queries would be great.Gains brah, gains.
