    BCAA's and Glutamine ? When to take

    Hello there, I've been taking my BCAA's before and after my workout , now that I just got some glutamine powder, when should I take the bcaas and glutamine ?

    You can continue taking the BCAA powders the same way that you are now. Take glutamine after workouts, or before bed. I personally take my BCAA's and Glutamine together with some carbs during workouts.

    how would this work , 2 pills of BCAA's inmedietely after I wake up, 2 Pills After workout, and Glutamine before bed , would this work ?

    Sure, if that's what is most convenient for you. If you eat breakfast immediately after waking up, then you might not necessarily need the BCAA's then. But if you do cardio or something like that before breakfast, then yeah take the BCAA's as soon as you wake up.

    If you do eat breakfast right away though, I'd probably take the BCAA's preworkout.

    yeah I actually eat breakfast as soon as I wake up, its 4egg whites,3 slices of turkey ham and 2 slices of toast bread

    Well, you can still take your BCAA's if you like, but I'd recommend them preworkout as opposed to first waking up.

    ok so Its gonna be , 2 pills pre, 2 pills post workout, and 5grams of glutamine before bed, is that 5grams of glutamine eonugh? or should I take 10 ?

    How about take 5grams of Glutamine with your BCAA postworkout, and then take 5grams before bed? Then you'll still get in the 10grams you want each day, at the two most effective times
