One of the most advanced products with regards to "N.O." is C-BOL at the moment.
    http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/thermo/cbol.html

user feedback is excellent and people report rapid strength gains, improved stamina and incredible pumps.

In contrast to conventional N.O. products, C-BOL is not based on arginine but on creatineNITRATE, which is a different source of NO.

There are certainly other very good options in the market, but I can't comment on them since I don't have tried them by my own.

to the OP try some samples first my man and be careful.

I tried SuperPump250 it tastes nasty (fruit punch)
Purple Warth tastes a bit better (grape)

But honestly all these extreme "pumps" and "etc" people on here rave about i don't feel.. I get the same effect using a free form higher power AAKG powder mixed with 2g of taurine and 2g carnitine/ 10g of glutamine mixed with pomegranate juice/orange juice and green tea with honey before the shake.

So i dunno if the extra $$ makes sense for a blend that tastes nasty and doesn't document the exact mg/g of each ingredient it puts on the label and makes outrageous claims.

Most of these blends have some creatine (free form is better) and other stuff and stuff they dont even label just be careful. guy I know at the gym said he used NO explode for awhile and went to the doctor because he had problems with his kidneys and the doctor told him it was because of the NO explode supplement he stopped taking it and now his kidneys are fine. That's what i mean by be careful with pre workout "BLENDS" remember all of them are stimulants i rather go all natural and stimulate myself with energy with natural "real" stuff like tea, honey, juices that have good carbs and good sugars.

I do get a good effect from it, but there are tons of different ones so go out and try one that one of us recommends on here, they are all pretty similar, I know white flood has no creatine in it compared to N.O. explode, they are all quality products. As for kidney and other problems it clearly states on all the packages that you need to be drinking 1-2 gallons of water per day, most people don't understand how much that is and that can cause problems. Obviously be careful if you're new to it to see how your body reacts but be sure to drink your water and stay hydrated, and take some fish oil and multi's while you're at it good luck!

ya true. but 2 gallons a day? thats way overboard and will flush EVERYTHING out of your body which isnt good. 1 gallon is just right and rec.

btw dude was drinking more than a gallon of water a day.

but ya just like he said there all pretty similar. im just a fan of doing things natural and knowing exactly what is what. whereas all these stimulant products dont narrow it down just say for example 8,000mg blend and lists stuff and tastes like crap for $50+

    as the research says bro

Arginine: Converted to NO in the body. Its an amino acid thats the classic NO booster

Citrulline: is an amino acid that gets converted to Arginine and can slip past the digestive system. if taken with arginine it gives the max. NO boost

    Ginseng enhances NOS activity

Horny Goat Weed it decreases the breakdown of existing NO in the body

    Vitamin C decreases No breakdown

all in all basically you need a product with Arginine which converts to Nitric Oxide in the body. All of the blends say it has it and doesn't specify how much, and some that do have low levels of it. whereas i can buy 1-3g caps or powder for wayyy cheaper.

get like 3-6g of arginine mix with OJ way cheaper, healthier, and zero side effects

I think Hemavol is the best option in caplet form. Also, it uses a special delivery system, its actually a fast acting tablet, shaped like a capsule with a special coating that disperses the ingredients much faster and time releases the second layer.

Though it's a creatine product, the creatine nitrate used in C-bol is great for pumps. The nitrate form is going to increase vasodilation and give you the pumps you're looking for.

So I think that will you're best bet for a capped product, at least until P-bol comes out.
Realize that anyone with an affiliation to a supplement company in their signature has ulterior motives when making recommendations. They're primarily concerned with pushing their products. Not your safety or what's best for you.

Lets break it down based upon what people referal to natural vs man made..

If your talking herbal fine cool natural..

But dont down supplements as unnatural unless your talking test, ph, roids, etc... Theres a difference ... Im a natural builder and i take supplements

superpump 250 is a tasty one tropical punch is great

jack3d is awesome i just recently tried it a bit sour..

As they say.. Whats taste vs performance?

I appreciate alot of the credible notes on here.. I just feel test more than a smaple to give a full review, diet right, have proper form aand really read up on everything. Bodybuilding is an individual sport what works for you may not work for me and the next guy and so on.. The good thing is to expirament, but expirament with knowledge..

    Superpump 250.

It doesn't taste nasty. Mixes great, just be sure to cycle these products. And OP you're going to get a lot products listed. It's based on our personal experiences with the products. I suggest you look up what you are interested in, read some reviews see what they do. Because quite frankly you're going to get 20 different products by the time this is done.

all agree with me and arginine and vitamin c as well as citruilline

where did u get your info from "IFORCE" dave?? Im lookin at Hemavol and dont see hows its better? GMS 2g has nothing to do with NO

"GMS is largely used in baking preparations to add "body" to the food. It is responsible for giving ice cream and whipped cream its smooth texture"

Agmatine is a by product of Arginine.. Arginine is proven and been taken/studied for years. There's debate agmatine is better or whatever but hemavol only has 1g. and has 5g of Citrulline Malate

So how is Hemavol better than say Orange Juice, with 3g of Arginine and 3g of Citrulline? scientifically that is not supplement company

Arginine for use in NO boosting is a total waste. It is not capable of increasing the bodies natural stores of Arginine(although it seems like it SHOULD). You are correct on Citrulline malate however, as that is proven to increase the body's levels of Arginine.

My top powders would be Betancourt's BULLNOX, Universal's Shock Therapy, and CL's White Flood.

Capsule wise, all I've really used is Animal Pump and AEN's Pre-Surge, but didn't really like either.

I prefer powder over capsule just because it allows you more freedom to control your dosage and IMO it allows for quicker absorption. I usually take 2 scoops and then some of most pre-workout powders and the capsule form just doesn't allow for that kind of freedom.
