OK, I weighed myself last week on my scales that calculate BF% too. Been roundabout the same BF% for a while. About 16% or so. Anyway... I weighed myself just now, and it's gone up from 16.2% to 17.1%!
Could that be due to the fact I just guzzled down a pint of water and a load of tuna in a bagel or wouldn't that make that much of a difference?
Don't know, just worried becuase I've eaten alot more this week that usual bcause I'm been making an effort to eat above maintainence.

be consistent when weighing it.
do it at the same time each day. you should get a more accurate reading this way.
also those scales are very inaccurate and it will most likely be the fact you weighed in after eating and drinking.
do it on a morning from now on before you eat of drink anything.
also as said above use the mirror aswell to watch your progress as weight can be very misleading.
