I hear it's bad for your joints if you do it on concrete, waht do you guys think?
wanna do some cardio but it's getting too cold to run and don't have a gym membership

A lot of people who do it on concrete can develop shin splints or hurt their knees. But as above some don't. If your going to do it ease into it slowly (very few short rounds and increasing the volume a little bit every week or so) and you'll probably be ok or if you can get a mat or even some wood just something to take a bit of the force.
Disregard abs, acquire mass.
