    Foods or supps that will increase my stamina/endurance?

    I have a wrestling tournament(huge) tomorrow and I a list of foods that will increase my endurance so I can keep going all out.

    I am debating whether to take jack3d, NOXplode, or FasTTwitch to increase my focus and strength and get me hyped up. Which one?

    If it's a really long tournament I wouldn't take an N.O or caffein product as you'll probably have a slight crash towards the end. Just take along plenty of fruit and a few caffein tablets if you really feel the need.

    Just eat like you would. Keep hydrated and keep food going in provided you've got time to make sure it stays down. Fluids and carbs are most important. A bottle of honey or syrup is always handy to have as well. As said I wouldnt bother with stims if you arent used to them as you will probably crash depending on how long the event is.

    Slow carbs in general are good. You can go to google and get a lot of results by typng foods that provide endurance
