I like the sound of bitch slapping.
It's nuts thy won't even get back to you though.
Glad to hear the cut's going well, hope you see the 140's soon!
Also glad to hear you'll have some coverage soon, that's great! Hope the EEOC thing goes well, regardless of the other chit, what they did was still unfair.

I like finding facts, like you know laws, and waving it in their face. I hope they see that I was not asking for an unreasonable accommodation through the ADA and choosing to fire me, even with an invitation to reapply (if there is a position that I qualify for, there's only like 5 I could do so holding my job shouldn't have been a problem ) once I'm medically cleared was a mistake.
The disability, I still haven't heard back from the the lawyers so I am going it alone for the first appeal. I had a follow up appointment yesterday and I will start back up on the cyclopsprine once my insurance kicks on the first, I can get it for a $40 copay vs $200 out of pocket. I still might get Xeljanz for free, if they ever get me the application to prove financials. My Dr is writing up a letter of clarification and I I just need the notes from yesterdays visit and I am all set. It's like a freaking full time job and I'm not getting paid for this sh!t.If this were easy, everyone would walk around ripped.

Nice workout! I actually prefer higher volume workouts over heavy low rep based ones on cut, but I think it's because hitting PRs goes on the back burner, so I just like focusing on form, MMC, using that time to make sure my lifts aren't wonky.

I often need to reduce volume when on lower cals because my intensity goes down the sh!tter. I've been reading recently that it's preferable on a cut and is better to keep muscle, reduce sets and reps but try to keep the intensity where it was. Doesn't have to happen right away but eventually the need to reduce volume during long cuts usually happens. So far it's been working out great.

Closing in on the end of the 250k challenge. Weights up a bit due to week before TOM I am hitting RFL hard today and tomorrow to see if I can drop it enough to have a decent weigh in for the photo pic. At least clothes are fitting better, I have more strength than I have had in a long time and I'm on a good path for the Still In It challenge that will come up next.

I tend to be ok with volume, but my heavy deads, and squats take a beating. Sometimes I switch to a fullbody 3x a week plan so I get more frequency, more recovery between workouts, and I'm not doing so much per body group per session. Like I can do two lower exercises per day, thee upper, still pushing as hard as I can 3x a week, instead of hitting them 2x with more exercises per session but feeling drained ad not up for it by the end.
Depends though, sometimes I can get through a good amount of my cut before I have to worry about it.
Yay for strength and ad looser clothes! Good signs.

So.... It's been a minute since I last posted. Things are pretty rough. Disability is still denied, I'mon the second appeal and I have hired lawyers now to handel it, I just can't take it anymore. Jims company decided to try and give him a $4 an hour pay cut so he started working for a small local plumbing company. That didn't last long due to the owner being an unethical jerk
We have started our own company but the process has been ridiculous. We have taken the time and expense to become licensed, bonded and insured only to have handyman try to undercut us, even though they are not legaly allowed to do the work.
Liam started kindergarten and is doing well. He's in a high performing charter school which is right behind our house so that's nice.
My mental health is terrible right now. It was bad to begin with but all the stress is getting to me. I have stopped all medical treatments due to cost and at least physically I feel better and there has been zero improvement on the Allopecia Universalis.
Been working out sporadically, I've been bouncing around in weight due the meds. Now that they are out of my system I am looking to drop at least 20lbs.If this were easy, everyone would walk around ripped.

Groddamn girl, that's some chit.
Really hope the second appeal goes well, rooting for you, and the lawyers. Would disability mean you'd get insurance/otherwise gain the ability to get medical care again. Not being able to get treatment when suffering mental health issues scares me, proper treatment makes all the difference in my life. Not to mention chit just happens sometimes, and everyone should have access to medical care.
Glad to hear your boy is well, must be excited to be in school now. Sounds like a nice place, and it's convenient that it's so close.
Wishing you luck on the business as well. I can only imagine the amount of f*ckary one has to go through to start a business.PRs: 95lbs/126lbs/212lbs

Hi Luna!
We have insurance but my Dr who has been treating me since the beginning is out of network at $85 a visit which was monthly, the optometrist is $50 monthly copay and the therapy sessions $30 a week. You add in all the meds they've prescribed, which at this point has been over a grand, we have gone broke and nothing helped, which pisses me off.
The only thing that helped was the psychologist to be honest but even then the underlying issue has not gone into remission. I've become super paranoid about developing more autoimmune conditions, I've been getting some joint pain and swelling but can't bring myself to ask to get tested for rhemidoid arthritis
The last denial the stupid "disability consultant RN" had the audacity to state this isn't a matter of disability but tolerance, which is a very backhanded way of saying I'm lying and don't want to work. The issue with my medical documentation is it only lists diagnoses, symptoms and pateint counseling. It's basically what the Drs need to get paid from insurance. The lawyers are having all three write actual reports, which I didn't think of, that explicitly state my limitations ect. It's so ridiculous but I am also applying for SSD and my mother in-law will handel that one so it doesn't turn into the sh!t show this has.If this were easy, everyone would walk around ripped.

Yeah, therapy is one of the best tools, even with working meds, but it does take a lot of time. It's hard to change your brain, and it's unfortunate that it's so hard for many people to even have access to proper mental health treatment.
You should get tested when able for that, RA can get pretty bad, can't it? First thing that comes to mind is my neighbor not being able to bend his fingers.

Thanks PR!
I went back to my Primary DR and she is ordering a new battery of tests. She also wants an MRI of my head to see if there are any growths pushing on the pituitary gland. Just need to come up with the $275 copay for it . Once we can afford the weekly sessions I will be going back. for sure.
Something better show with the amount of blood they took lol.
We started a plumbing company but it will move to a general contractor once with get the HVAC license and a person to run it.
It hurts my heart sometimes how big he's getting! Damn ******** and its on this day memory thing showing me pictures of him as a baby lol.
On Wed I went to my primary and will probably be sticking with her for treatment going forward. I think 2 years attacking this through the dermatology route has been long and costly enough. I have applied for SSD and have exams that I need to go through for that. Luckily my PCP has agreed to fill everything out that I will need and will work with me to get my benefits back, the lawyers are working on the appeal so this will help big time.If this were easy, everyone would walk around ripped.
