Soooo.... I will have to take it easy with my workouts over the next week, mostly cardio and leg work. Right now any type of shoulder, back and even chest work is nixed. I need to figure out a routine to follow in the mean time so I can continue to see results.
I think nailing the 1600 cals over the past couple of weeks has really helped. Some days I go a little over, no more then 100 and there were a couple of 1400 days so I think it balanced out ok. Of course there were cheat meals but they didn't go over maintenance.

No workout today, my shoulder feels like I have a massive sun burn and poor husband burnt his right hand and smashed the fingers on the left. I think I have figured out what I will do until the tatts healed enough. Cardio shouldn't be an issue and I will work with free weights for upper body. I will move down to lighter weights for legs, bis and tris so I can keep a decent balance with chest, shoulders and back. So far cals have been good, I have been noticing a difference in how my cloths fit which is awesome. My plan is to have some progress pics up this weekend.

I really think you are around 20% , because you abs looks wayy leaner than before serious , we are definetly a great example !! i see so many girls starving thenselfs for nothing , just doesnt work ... and serious iam still owow shocked with ur stomach progress is just amazing!!! want more pics lol for the rest of the body ur pretty able now to show hehehe , try to check ur body fat on the Navy way its not accurate but gives you an idea

Thank you so much! It's funny, I didn't notice how much my stomach had shrunk but then my husband started commenting on it so I had to check. I am nailing 1600-1700 cals most days some go down to 1400 and I haven't worked out really in two weeks, I have stayed active and have done body weight exercises though. I hope what I have lost hasn't been muscle that would make me sad
Clothes are fitting better and I am back into the jeans that wore when I first met my husband nearly two and a half years ago. Weighed myself this morning and 134.8 lbs, I figure get down to 125 lb and assess to see if I can start bulking.If this were easy, everyone would walk around ripped.

I think it was a jumping spider, still haven't found him yet. I am so arachnophobic its kinda funny. My husband couldn't stop laughing at me when I jumped out of our computer chair screaming and swearing. He swears he has never seen me move that fast lol.

Time of laziness is over!!!
Man I feel horrible that I have not been to the gym in over two weeks. I have been staying active, lots of walking, some push ups, ab work and walking lunges type stuff, but nothing major. Food wise its been fantastic, I have gone more than two weeks with hitting my calorie goals and have experimented with going lower carb, around 80-100grams. I think that is what has made the biggest difference in my ab area, I ate pasta last night gained three lbs of water weight and the leanness in my av is gone
The plan for the next four weeks is to continue with lower cal like 1400-1500 and crabs under 100grams for four to five days and then the rest of the week 1600-1700 cals with moderate carbs 100-135 grams. I wanna see what kind of difference this makes with losing weight and maintaining muscle. In a couple of other journals there has been talk of UD2 and once I get to officially 20% BF I will maybe switch to that. I love the feeling of creeping back into the 120's again and I would love to start a bulk with a lower BF%. If this plan looks bad let me know, I am always up for looking at things differently.If this were easy, everyone would walk around ripped.

Crabs are awesome, high protein low fat hehe. I type like an airhead sometimes.
I like that quote a lot lol. I kinda over did it last night with making home made nachos but it was sooooo tasty.
The funny thing is a naturally gravitate to lower carb, but only go up to about 160-180 grams when I eat food that my husband wants. So far not to bad 55 grams of carbs in and I have dinner, po/w snack left. I am only at 555 cals though, might go munch on some nuts for more fat hehe .
Edit: my macros were a bit messed up last night only 117 grams of protein, 105 grams of carbs and 48 grams of fat with 1300 cals but didn't workout because band practice went until 9:45pm.Last edited by Echo814; 03-23-2010 at 01:18 PM.

Since the geekfest has been MIA I thought these would be fun to share. My husband got White Knight Chronicals for the PS3 and it has a fun feature were you create a charater to play online with. You can join your friends to do quests where you earn items for the main game.

I PLAYED THAT GAME! We almost finished it! Unfortunately though, I was soo anxious to play the damn game I made a stupid charater because I was hasty!!! Haha! I was forced to help create his character since I have better judgment on what a guy should look like lol. I need to start my own game on it but I swore not to until I finish Dragon Age and the new expansion.

Hehehe, anything from Slayer, Seplutura, Nothingface, Static-X, Lamb of god, FFDP, Metallica, Megadeth, Nightwish (I know not metal,metal, but Tarja has a beautiful voice) Opeth, Tarot, All That Remains, In This Moment, Pantera, Sevendust, Rammstein, Hatebreed, Coal Chamber, Devil Driver, Disturbed, Drain STH, Fear Factory, Killswitch Engage, Black Sabbath and Ozzy, White Zombie theres a lot more but I can't think of them.
