    Hey =) so yeah this 4 days was the best thing for me im very strong now , and i feel much better after 6weeks its was important for me this break...you should try this aswell but dont stay more then 4 days without work out ...but i did improve alot incredible how the body reacts the things...i cant wait to see my results 4 weeks later!!!

    How your doing?the bloating is gone?i cant wait to see ur photos take some come on lol keep up the work aswell we gonna rock this year!!!!

    Bloating is mostly gone, just waiting for the bloat from Sundays sushi fest to go away. I plan on doing pictures on Friday. I tried taking some today and wasn't happy with what I saw I still haven't heard anything back from my blood tests yet so I think I will call them tomorrow.

    I thought I would post yesterdays workout since some interesting things happened.

    10 minutes elliptical to worm up.

    Lat pull down: 12x80, 10x 90 (I upped weight be 20 lbs)
    Row machine: 12x60, 10x60 (weight went down 10lbs)
    Tricep pull down: 12x80, 12x80, 10x90 (went up 20lbs)
    Leg press: 12x150,12x170 ( went up 30lbs)
    Shoulder press: 12x35, 10x40
    Chest press: 12x50, 10x60
    Chest flyes: 12x70, 12x90
    Leg extensions:12x90, 10x100
    Leg curls: 12x90, 9x100
    Weighted crunches: 10x50

    Nutrition
    1820 cals
    174 grams protein
    154 grams carbs
    58 grams fat

    I have been rethinking my approach lately. I really need to get better at planning my meals and sticking with it instead of allowing the cheat meals to get out of hand. I think I have lost around 2 lbs since the beginning of January when I found out my scale was screwed up. When I first weighed in on the new one it was 139lbs which is in sync with doctors scales and now it bounces between 136-137lbs, when I behave myself with carbs and sodium anyway. Since going to the gym I do notice a tightness in my body and I am getting the squishy fat thing on my back, stomach and hips, so I am hoping for a drop on the scale soon lol.

    I have also been flirting with the idea of re-comping instead of a cut then bulk. I started cutting because I wanted the fat gone but now I am not so sure. I am going to give 1600 cals another try, with no exceptions for the next month and see where I am.

    Might as well give it a shot. If you're lifting heavy and eating ~maintenance or a bit less, you definitely won't gain fat.

    I notice my lifting improves greatly when I don't restrict cals to low maybe I will split the difference between 1600 and 1800 to see where that takes me. Obviously re-comping has been working for you so couldn't hurt to try no?

    A thats good idea he takes for you when i take pictures myself its horrible so i ask my fiance to do it for me its better, this next week now its going to be my 8 week cutting and i want to do something i never tried i will do a vegetarian week , i hateee veggies so i will force myself to have this vegetarian week tomorrow iam going to the market to buy some veggies something i never did lol , do you have any good recipe or ideas what should i buy...i want something tasty i will do a full 8 days only veggies for carbs onlyyy its going to be nuts lol but i must do it i really want , so i saw ur a salad expert lol give me some tips mwaaaa

    o yeap sure iam a " fake vegetarian " lol i just want really to introduce veggie alot veggies on my menu for 10 days i dont touch bread , pasta etc.. i will make all my carbs source from veggies i want to see if bring me some changes i want to try , but sure chicken , fish including just not redmeat because i HATE lol

    I will pm you some recipes with either chicken or fish for salads. I always buy spring mix, baby romaine or Italian mix salads ( no iceberg lettuce) along with red onion, mushrooms, green/red/yellow peppers, avocado, celery, carrots, fresh broccoli, cauliflower, snow peas and tomatoes. My dressing is a balsamic vinaigrette mixed with a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil, most fat free or low fat dressing taste gross to me.

    Pescitarian I think the term is? Not fully vegetarian but no beef or pork. You will need to up your fat and protein calories up a bit to balance out the lack of starchy carbs. I am pretty sure Emma-Leigh will have some suggestions if she hasn't already. You are going to LOVE your refeed though, I say sushi for that .

    I don't know what it is about Thursdays, but geeze this is ridiculous. I have class from 12pm-1:15pm and the next one starts right up at 1:30pm and goes to 4:30pm. I wake up at 5:30am have a protein shake 145cals and 32g of protein, I go back to sleep and eat again at about 10am-11am 2 tbls of natural peanut butter, 1/2 cup oats and 1/2 cup raspberries. Since there is no time between classes to eat and I can't bring food to the second class and I am always starving half way through.

    I got home today and had two pieces of homemade beef jerky and then made dinner. So far I am at 1100 cals for the day with at least another 300 on the way for post-workout nutrition and I am almost shaky still. bah maybe its TOM, weights up to around 138 lbs for the past couple of days.

    So I finally got a workout in this week. A lot of stuff has happened but its mostly good stuff so I am happy. I finally got some answers with my blood tests, it appears that the previous BC pill that I was on spiked my estrogen levels, enough to make me sick to my stomach, cause fatigue and sleeplessness. The one I am currently on is much better and has a higher percentage of progesterone. I stopped eating 1600 cals a day for a while because I felt like crap most of the time and the added food helped me feel better.

    Now that my hormones are more balanced I am starting on 1600 cals again for two months to see what kind of weight I can drop. Other news the thyroid test is inconclusive and I may need to go back for additional testing to see why my heart rate is high while my blood pressure and body temp are low. I had the bloody swine flu in November and only had a temp of 97.6 and I was flushed like I had a fever.

    I am feeling a lot better on the new BC. I guess the three month cycle was not for me lol.I did P90X Core Synergestics last night and wow am I sore. The cool thing that I noticed is that I was able to keep up with the video a lot better then I used to.

    Since yesterday I have been targeting 1600 cals to see if I can lose 8lbs or get into the 120s by the end of April. TOM came today plus I think I caught whatever my husband has, he has been sick since the weekend. I am going to try a light workout tonight, maybe Carmen Electras Fit to Strip, all it is is body weight type exercises and I figure anything is better then doing nothing. For right now I am taking Midol and drinking dandelion tea.

    Ugh, sickness is ravaging my body, well not that bad but still it is teh suck. I have been having a hard time eating today 1pm and all I have had to eat is a protein shake, even though I had a meal plan set out today. Oh well, I am going to make myself some tea and maybe some food.

    Since we were feeling better the past couple of days hubby and I went to the gym. 200 lbs on the leg press... I was very surpised by that and happy. I guess time away from the gym does help. Oh and weight is down to 135lbs! Only six till I am in the 120's.

    So far no workouts this week, our computer crashed last night and my husband spent the better part of the evening fixing it. I might get in a P90X dvd later tonight maybe some plyo or core synergistics again. I went shopping yesterday and surprised myself by getting into a size four pair of jeans from Lucky Brand. Took a picture because they made my butt look awesome lol.

    I have a pair of dress pants that do the same thing. Must be strategic pocket placement or something. Makes the booty look 20 times better than any other pants I have.

    The computer is mostly fixed, but hubby had to partition off a section of the hard drive and reinstall Windows XP on a new drive. We lost a lot of stuff, but thankfully our music down loads are safe. We are thinking of having a huge geekfest party to build a new one, since most of our friends are computer nerds lol. Oh and apparently there are going to be onesy pjs and my husband has made the stipulation that he will only wear a bright red set with a skull and cross bones over the crotch. Awesome. Pics will be up if that happens.
