Thanks! I am pleased with last nights workout, legs and tris, only got one exercise in with tris though. We are on machines at the moment, the free weight section is full of guys swinging weights around (unsafely) among other crap so I will get in compound movements later.

Leg curl
3 sets of 10 at 90lbs
Leg extension
1 set 70lbs 2set 90lbs
Calf machine
1 set 70 lbs 2 sets 90lbs
Glute kickback
1 set right leg 110lbs, 1 set left leg 110lbs

Today is back, shoulders and abs. Nutrition wise I was kinda low yesterday so I made up for it with a rib eye steak

I switch it up when I can but 10 seems to be the magic number, the last two I have to fight for. Right now I am still learning my limits so the next leg day I will try for heavier, less reps. The glute kickbacks killed me for some reason, they were at the end of the leg workout, I think I have been to low on calories the past few days so I am going to bump them up. We did back, shoulders and abs last night.
10 minutes Arch trainer
Back extensions
3 sets of 10 130lbs
Chest fly's
1 set of 8 85lbs, 2 sets 70lbs
Shoulder press
2 sets 30lbs., ! set 25lbs ( I am so weak in this area not even funny)
Row machine
3 sets of 10 50 lbs
Weighted ab crunch
20 reps 50 lbs
I know the low calories are messing with me, I could have done more but my husband wanted to leave. I woke up nauseous this morning and have been icky all day as well, that could have something to do with it.
Tuesdays Nutrition
1189 calories (bad echo bad!)
142 grams of protein
41 grams of fat

I went clothes shopping today and was surprised to fit into juniors m size tops. I usually have to get large because of the size of my chest and upper back so that was a nice surprise. I am also firmly back into size 7 and some 5 jeans again, either sizes are getting bigger or I am losing some fat finally. I haven't really been weighing myself much lately but when I bought a new scale it had me at 136-138 lbs. I haven't done measurements for a couple of weeks and since I got the stomach bug, it feels like I have been perpetually bloated since then.
On workout front we have decided to go to a FB three day workout since that's how often we seem to get to the gym. I found one on the supersite that seems pretty good and we can do with all machines;

We did the full body workout last night and all I can say is wow. I now understand why you only do this three days a week! We plan on doing this routine for at least 8 weeks and then assess from there. I am proud to say that my husband has lost 4 lbs in a little over two weeks, which I think is a good start for him. I am not 100% sure of any lose for me, since I have had stomach problems related to my birth control, I wake up bloated and feeling horribly nauseous and weak. I have taken myself off of it and so far the nausea and weakness are ,so I am waiting a few days before weighing myself. I have an appointment with my OBGYN on Thursday and I am going to request a hormone level test while I am there. I will post the workout late,r all I can say is it took close to an hour and afterwords we were exhausted, in a good way.

Good deal! Full body workouts are recommended often for people new to lifting. The thought is that you're new enough and your lifting capacity is such that you should be able to recover fully before the next one. Once you aren't recovering fully, the theory goes that you start splitting: upper/lower, push/pull, whatever.
I hope you get your BC issues worked out. Hormones are sucky things.-

I love this salad, I think I am going to make it a staple in my menu.
I think in general my "push" muscles are weaker than my "pull" muscles. Glad to know they can be improved on though lol. On a side note my husband is now down 5 lbs and I haven't lost anything. Of course he is over weight, used to eat a lot of sweets and drank up to 8 cans of coke a day where I am still in an acceptable range for my height and have been eating healthy for over a year now. He says he can see my body leaning out some so something must be changing.
I went to the doctor yesterday and am having my thyroid, hormones checked and iron levels checked. Skipped the workout planned for yesterday because my arm hurt for a while after the blood was drawn. Going for the full body workout tomorrow to burn off some of the wonderful pizza cheat meal that we had todayIf this were easy, everyone would walk around ripped.

Thanks guys! I upped some of my lifts tonight which made me happy, I went from 110 lbs on the the leg press to 130 lbs and upped tricep extensions to 90 lbs. I had a naughty weekend with the pizza on Saturday night and Hooters hot wings Sunday lol. Still kept it about maintenance range so not to much damage done. Today however I ate to much lol.

I hope there is some useful info to. I am just so tired of the yoyo feeling like crap to the point where I can't get out of bed and then being fine. Plus I have had like four periods since December and I'm not talking spotting and the like. I have been bloated like a mofo for the past several weeks and nothing that I do makes it go awayIf this were easy, everyone would walk around ripped.

Yeah they do! I haven't heard anything back yet other than all my precancerous cells are gone, a big hell yeah for that!
I am going to try that dandelion tea to see if I can get my bloating to go away before I even think of taking pictures. Go for a yummy meal on Valentines day, don't feel bad for having something you really like lol.If this were easy, everyone would walk around ripped.

I spent a good two hours yesterday helping some friends dig trenches for their sprinkler system. I am sore in my lats and traps due to that but it was a great workout. Today I woke up with a f it all mood. Didn't go to either class, just didn't want to deal with subjects that I hated today I guess. Hopefully I will want to eat here shortly, haven't been in the mood for food either. Ugh I hate days like today.

I haven't gotten the tea yet, I have been having a hard time finding it lol. I need to go out and buy some more protein powder so I might look for it at the vitamin shop that I go to. Dark chocolate does sound good...
