Hey guys this is my first journal and its for all the sports im playing.
Currently im playing
Rugby Union, I'm an Openside Flanker 7 and Number 8
AFL, I'm play wingman or half forward/back or back pocket
Basketball and my PE class sport
Running Cross Country and Swimming Freestyle and Breast Stroke
Im also trying to get into powerlifting and Olympic lifting next year.
Hoping to break the national records for Deadlift and Squat
The national records are Deadlift 187kg for under 17 60kgs and Squat is 170kg Bench is 103kg
My records are Deadlift 90kgs Squat 80kgs and Bench 45kgs
Im following the WS4SB as it seems to be the best program i can get. I appreciate any help on the program or any changes that should be made.

ME Upper Body Monday
Flat Bench Bench Press
5x40kg
5x42.5kg
3x45kg
Db Press
11x15kg
10x15kg
Bent Over Row
10x40kg
8x45kg
7x40kg
Cg Upright Row
10x20kg
10x25kg
10x25kg
Db Shrugs
15x20kg
13x20kg
Felt good on all lifts except Upright row i'll change that to mabey DB Press or DB Snatch. Broke my previous bench press record by 5kg today so i was happy.Weighed in at 60kg with an estimated 9% BF so i have plenty of room to grow before worrying about weight class.
