    Explosive movements

I am a Division-one pitcher. I am looking for a supplement guide that would help pitchers velocities. Maybe a preworkout supplement and after workout. What would be the best? Also does anyone have a theory on the most important type of lifting....such as squats and other leg workouts and long distance running. Or all quick twitch type workouts(squat jumps, sprints, etc)?

You mention explosive and long distance running in the same thread. I'm confused.

For fast twitch : Olympic-style lifting (cleans, snatchs, squats, etc.)
