I usually workout after dinner (7 to 9 PM) and then sleep around 11, and I read Purple Wraath might affect deep/quality sleep.
Can I take it in the morning/afternoon? I don't need to take it during the workout or near it, right?

purple wraath is used during your workout. i work out the same time as u and sleep around 12 and have no problem sleeping.

Take it during your workout. Shouldnt bother your sleeping.

As everyone has said. It's an intra workout supp. There are no stims in it or anything to affect sleep.
