I usually workout after dinner (7 to 9 PM) and then sleep around 11, and I read Purple Wraath might affect deep/quality sleep.
Can I take it in the morning/afternoon? I don't need to take it during the workout or near it, right?

As everyone has said. It's an intra workout supp. There are no stims in it or anything to affect sleep.
