My orange triad multi has 30mg of zinc(as zinc citrate) and Enzyte has 30mg of zing(as zinc oxide).
30mg of zinc is 200% of my daily value.
Is it safe to have that much zinc a day?

They are different zinc salts with different solubility and likely bioavailability also depending of course on what else they are consumed with. 30 mg of elemental zinc is fine.

60mg is in that gray area where copper status can be negatively affected if it's inadequate. Is it OK for a short period of time? Yes probably since you aren't going to be using Enzyte for long I would think.Originally Posted by Ben6485
