strongest pre workout

i have taken white flood and superpump so far and have felt no effects what so ever, any recommendations on a product i may feel?

I have found both of those products to be very effective.

Are you taking these products close to a full stomach? Try to take them 2-3 hours after a meal or snack.

I also find that mixing such supplements with waxy maize helps absorption superiorly. It is a dense complex carb that will quickly bypass the stomach wall, taking with it any other supplements in your stomach. Give it a try and let us know if it works out for you.

Also try drinking a bit more water if you only drinking a glass or two....

ive tried both and enjoyed it, tried isatori morph wasnt that great, i hear alot of things about jacked. how many scoops were you doign with sp.

no these were my first products, and as for the water i drink over a gallon a day, ill try taking it on an emptier stomach to see if it helps

VPX NO Shotgun was the best for me, followed by White Flood and Cryoshock. No jitters at all for me with these (had a lot on NO Xplode + crash)

EC Stack is pretty damn potent if you want to feel it haha. My best pre-workout was,

1.5 Scoops BodyForge (any non stim pre-workout will do)
30mg Ephedrine Hcl
300mg Caffiene
1 Rest AD

BAM! your arse will be whooped, but be prepared to sleep 3 hours later from a horrible crash haha

HOLY SH** you are the only person that I have ever talked to that feels nothing from stims such as this- just like I do.

Isnt it frustrating as hell hearing about how pumped people get off it when you dont?!

Can't believe I'm saying this......but might wanna try naNO Vapor. It's not my favorite, but it does give me a crazy "pissed off" energy every time I use it. Great for hitting the weights, but I hated feeling like I had roid rage. The energy I get from Jack3d, Cryoshock, SP250 is a bit more pleasant.

Everyone I ever talk to or read reviews on rave about Jack3d. and I thought it was weak. You should try that and tell me what you think.

This log I am doing right now on CreaDyl is actually pretty decent. I dont feel any intense energy boosts but the increased focus, strength and electrolyte balance shows through my log.... and there's no crash which is nice.

I tried White Flood today 15 min. before workout and it was the best thing ever. I didn't get jittery (I'm sensitive to caffeine) and I was full of energy. Almos four hours later, I'm still ready to go. I'm surprised it didn't do anything for you.

Im on that now. It hits me funny at first. First 3-5 workouts with it made me feel a little sick before my workout. Once I got into my workout it was great. Today was the first day that I felt great the whole time. (without feeling sick). Its not AMAZING IMO but it is a pretty decent preworkout.
