im pretty sure its "gotta dig deep"
in relentless when he shrugged 2x250lb dumbbells for reps he said got dig deep, and the other guy said "deep in the valley". So that confirms its "gotta dig deep"

I think he says "gotta get deep" as in squatting deep, matter of fact it's from a squatting video if I remember correctly.
Edit: found this video http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fu...eoid=737215112 where he clearly says "gotta get geeked"... someone mentioned this term above already.
