A play I produced suffered a blow just before its opening. My leading lady quit on me with no notice, and I had two weeks to find a suitable replacement. I spent the next day (my 24th birthday) on the phone trying to find a new girl. After calling everyone on my list, I finally got one. She sang for me the next day, I gave her the part and she did an excellent job on really short notice. The show was a success.

ever been working in a group at school and you have one slacker who doesnt do ****? So you had to delegate more work to other team members and maybe kick him off the team.
I think thats what I used last time.
just think of an answer that puts you in the best light gives you qualities you think they might be looking for.
