So if they say that when you drink Diet Coke that the artificial sweeteners are not recognized by the body and are stored around fat cells as "toxins" prevent the fat from being burned off
how the fck do you get the so called toxins out of your body so you can burn fat off more proficiently?

Simple first avoid putting those "toxins" into your body and to expel them from your body you need to drink a ton on water it's one of the many features of water.

Drink water live health etc.
Your bod isn't adapted to artificial sweeteners because they are a human made commodity the best thing to do is to drink smaller amounts of regular pop because the glucose is easier to expel from your system and is easier on your body.
