    Weight Fluctuation

Before I went to bed last night I was 174.8 on my scale. This morning after a crap I was 168.4. Is that kind of Fluctuation normal? 6 lbs seems like a lot...

thats a big crap but i'm sure its not a 6lb one lol , i would guess if u weighed yourself just before bed you would be heavy than in the morning because your body has taken in no food or fluids through out the night and is probably a lot of water weight , i wouldnt worry to much about it unless it continues to drop at a rapid rate then you should see a doctor

you will be fine, it will most likely just be water weight that you lost. When I used to run I would lose 6-8 pounds during a 3-4 hour run and then gain it all back over the next couple hours. I find it best to weigh yourself at the same time every day to get a more accurate reading.

Yea I tend to weigh myself a few times throughout the day, just because I'm curious too see what my weight is doing (since I am trying to bulk). I should probably stick to once a day, or maybe even once a week.

I am taking in about 3,500 calories a day, it is just surprising to see how much weight i carry around during the day with water and food/crap.

I think your fine, weighing yourself before you go to bed and when you wake up after taking a crap are good times to keep track of your weight consistently. That is what I did when I had to cut weight for boxing. I typically lost 4 lbs so 6 is not that much since you are a bigger than me
